Terms & Conditions
The conditions that apply to every booking and ride.
1. Bookings
A booking can be made online via our booking form, by phone or via WhatsApp. Your booking is final once you receive a confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp. We reply within 1 hour, 24/7. Please provide accurate pick-up details and your flight number so we can monitor delays.
2. Prices & Payment
The minimum price for a booking is €40. The final price depends on the duration of the ride and the number of kilometers driven. Fixed-price routes are confirmed in advance. Payment can be made to the driver or as otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations & Changes
You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time by phone, WhatsApp or email. For cancellations within 24 hours, we may charge part of the agreed fare. If you are not present at the agreed time and place without notice (no-show), the full fare may be charged.
4. Pick-up & Delays
Our drivers monitor flight arrivals and wait for you at the gate or the agreed meeting point. We always aim to be on time; however, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Please contact us immediately if you cannot locate your driver.
5. Luggage & Passengers
The number of passengers and suitcases must not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle. Please mention special luggage (bikes, golf bags, wheelchairs) and child seats when booking so we can arrange the right vehicle.
6. Liability
Transport is carried out in accordance with the official Dutch General Transport Conditions for Taxi Transport (Algemene Vervoersvoorwaarden Zorgvervoer en Taxi). Our liability is limited to the cases and amounts described therein. We are not liable for missed flights or consequential damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Complaints
Complaints should be reported within 14 days after the ride via info@taxitoairport.net or by phone. We will respond within a reasonable time and always try to find a fair solution.
